Gentle Souls Two Tone Review: Order half a size up. At my usual 7.5, the insoles were very padded and comfy but padded to the point where if I wore winter socks or anything beyond hose, I think it would be too tight. However if you don't plan on wearing socks, then they are true to size. The shaft is a little narrow with jeans tucked in, so I wouldn't recommend anyone with wider calves for this.
